Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Wicked Hunter Outfitters is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating it.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist in resolving the issue.
